What we offer
Most organizations choose their executives on the basis of what and who they know. In the case of Psychological Capital Intervention, we focus and intervene in “who they can become” by developing their psychological capital.
What is a PsyCap Intervention
A Psychological Capital (PsyCap) Intervention program aims to develop the psychological capital of each executive through specialized workshops. The executives enhance the elements of Hope, Self-Efficacy, Optimism and Resilience which determine their performance. The interaction of these elements in Management creates a strong and positive forward momentum.
- It can be measured, it can be cultivated.
Psychological Capital has two important elements: on the one hand, it can be measured with modern psychometric tools and on the other, it can be cultivated with experiential training.
- From the individual to collective capital.
Psychological Capital is the individual capital of each executive. However, through interaction, it forms a new positive dynamic in relationships and collaborations that eventually remodel the organization as a whole.
