What is a PsyCap Intervention

A Psychological Capital (PsyCap) Intervention program aims to develop the psychological capital of each executive through specialized workshops. The executives enhance the elements of Hope, Self-Efficacy, Optimism and Resilience which determine their performance. The interaction of these elements in Management creates a strong and positive forward momentum.

  • It can be measured, it can be cultivated.
    Psychological Capital has two important elements: on the one hand, it can be measured with modern psychometric tools and on the other, it can be cultivated with experiential training.
  • From the individual to collective capital
    Psychological Capital is the individual capital of each executive. However, through interaction, it forms a new positive dynamic in relationships and collaborations that eventually remodel the organization as a whole.
